Who we are
Fix Bench: Tech Repair Sim (“the game”) is published by Novpix LLC, 131 Continental Dr Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. Contact: info@novpix.com.
Data stored on your device
The game has no accounts, no login and no servers of its own. Your progress (shop, cash, gold, stock, upgrades, repairs and looks) and settings (language, sound, vibration, tips) are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us. Uninstalling the game deletes them.
Advertising
The game shows ads through Google AdMob: optional rewarded ads (watching is always your choice and never needed to progress) and a full-screen ad between some jobs, which the “Remove ads” purchase turns off. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), IP address and approximate location, device and app information, ad interactions and crash and diagnostic data to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and, where you consent, personalise ads. Where required (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, and in some US states) the game shows Google’s consent message, and you can change your choice from the game’s Menu under Privacy options. On iOS, ads are personalised only if you allow tracking when Apple asks. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. See how Google uses data from partner apps.
Purchases
Optional gold packs, a starter pack and “Remove ads” are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payments are processed by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies; we never receive your card details. The game keeps only the product ID and purchase confirmation on your device so the item can be delivered and restored.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Your rights and contact
We do not sell personal data and hold no player data on our servers. For questions or requests about your data, including data processed by our advertising partner, email info@novpix.com. We will update this page when the game’s data practices change and show the date below.
