It depends on scope. A focused MVP usually ships in 4–8 weeks; mid-sized platforms run 8–16 weeks; enterprise builds are scoped individually. We agree on a timeline with milestones before any work begins.
Engagements are milestone-based. We invoice an initial deposit at kickoff and the remainder against agreed deliverables. We do not charge recurring subscription fees — pricing is project-based and outlined in your engagement letter.
You do. On final payment, full ownership of the source code, designs, and project assets is transferred to your company. Our engagement contract spells this out explicitly.
Yes. Every package includes a post-launch support window (30 days to 12 months depending on tier — see pricing). Beyond that, ongoing maintenance is available as a separate retainer.

Refunds are governed by the engagement letter signed at project kickoff. If a project is cancelled before completion, we invoice only the work delivered up to that point and any unspent deposit is refunded.
