How do I create an account?

Download our app from the App Store or Google Play and follow the registration process. You will need a valid email address.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the app, or by contacting us at info@novpix.com. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
